I was very impressed! I almost cancelled but glad I didn’t. They are all very nice explains treatment plans and insurance coverage with u and makes sure u understand. They do not rush u in and out they make u feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!! I went back for a deep clean rooting and scaling. The hygienist was gentle and made sure I wasn’t in pain. I set up a payment plan to pay for the visit because it was like $680. The visit itself was great! My cons are I was not told when talking about payment plan on my first visit it wasn’t told to me that there is a $25 fee just to be on the payment plan and that the money is auto withdraw from account I thought I could either call and pay or pay online not taken directly from my account. I was not happy about these things because I was never told. Also in my first visit the dentist said she could remove my permanent retainer never mentioned it would cost me money to do so. When I was there for the deep clean I asked if she would remove I was then told she charges $150 to just remove a wire! Shocked!! I did call around to other orthos in the area and did find some way cheaper! I feel like 150 is like just a way to get money. Also they do not have any tv’s or screens to look at while they are in ur mouth for an hour or so. Boring I was not told I could bring AirPods or I would have. I feel like it’s 2024 all dentist should have tv’s on the ceiling. One last thing… since when do dentist not give u a goody bag when leaving with a toothbrush toothpaste floss etc!! Like that’s the best part! I even asked for floss and never got it! I’ve talked to other adults cuz I thought maybe that’s only for kids and no other adults say they do get a goody bag. So like why didn’t I? I mean I’m spending close to $700 this month and got nothing! I do hope they change that and start to give goody bags. Idk if I’ll continue treatment there because I have to have around 2 grand of work done and I think how bored I’ll be at my next visit to sit there in silence with nothing to watch. And not get a goody bag!
